After receiving booking confirmation, payment must be completed within the specified time to secure your reservation.
Arrive at the designated location on time on your appointment day. Our professional photographer and vehicle (if applicable) will provide you with exclusive service and create wonderful memories!
We recommend booking at least 5 days in advance to ensure sufficient time to arrange suitable photographers and vehicles.

You can book our travel photography service through our official website. Go to “Book Now” and fill in the required information according to the system prompts. After completing the reservation, customer service will provide payment information. Once payment is completed, your booking is confirmed, and the photographer will contact you within 24 hours.
After successful payment, our customer service staff will contact you, and WanderLens will assign a photographer to get in touch with you.
We offer a minimum booking time of 1 hour, which can be extended based on your photography needs.
You can browse photographers’ customer reviews and works in the Testimonials menu on the WanderLens website. If you have a specific style in mind, you can also message our customer service to recommend suitable photographers for you.
WanderLens photography fee is a flat rate of NT$2088/hr, with various promotional offers available periodically. Transportation costs vary depending on the distance between each photographer and the shooting location. Additionally, if your chosen location requires entrance tickets, you will need to purchase these separately for the photographer.
After completing your booking, you can change your shooting schedule up to 2 days before your selected date. Changes cannot be made the day before or on the day of the shoot.
Yes, if the photographer’s schedule permits, you can request additional shooting time on the spot. Extra time is charged in 30-minute increments at WanderLens’ original photography rate, without any promotional discounts.
Weather is unpredictable. To ensure a good shooting experience and results, if the weather is severe and unsuitable for photography on your shooting day, you can request to postpone the session by contacting WanderLens or your photographer. Once confirmed by the photographer, your session can be postponed without being restricted by the schedule change policy. The postponed session can be rescheduled for another date and is not limited to the original location or photographer. However, if your original payment is less than the cost of your newly selected shooting schedule, you will need to pay the difference.
After completing your reservation and online payment, your chosen photographer will contact you by phone within 24 hours to confirm the details of the shooting day. If you have any additional questions, you are always welcome to contact WanderLens customer service directly.
You will receive your photo files within 24 hours after completing your shoot.
Example: If you finish shooting at 15:00 on May 20, you will receive your photo files by 14:59 on May 21 at the latest.
